Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.

Cook cabbage until tender and slightly caramelized, about 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.

Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the cabbage mixture.

Crumble the cooked bacon and add it to the skillet.

Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
