2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 oz bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1/2 cup farmers cheese or feta (crumbled)
1/4 cup chives (chopped)

Peel and chop the potatoes.
