Add 2 big tomatoes, 2 capia peppers, 1 onion, and 5 cloves of garlic to a baking tray lined with wet baking paper.

Take the tray to a hot 250 degree oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Rest the vegetables a little when they come out of the oven.

Separate the vegetables from their skins.

Transfer the baked vegetables to a large mixing bowl and add the juice of the vegetables remaining in the baking tray.

Blend and smooth the mixture well using a blender.

Add 50 grams of butter to a pot and add 30 grams of wheat flour. Fry for a few minutes on low heat.

Add 25 grams of tomato paste and fry for a few more minutes on low heat.

Add the blended smooth vegetable mix to the pot and stir well for a few minutes, mixing by crushing with a spoon.

Add 600 ML of cold water, whisking and stirring quickly for a long time.

Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Keep stirring the soup until it boils, adding any other spices you like.

When the soup boils, add 200 ML of milk and stir well.

Boil the soup over medium heat, stirring, for 10 minutes.

Turn off the stove and let the soup rest for 10 minutes.

Add grated cheddar cheese and red pepper flakes to the soup.
