Whisk together 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking soda in a pan.

Make three wells in the dry ingredients for vinegar, vanilla, and oil.

Pour 1 cup of coffee over the top of the mixture.

Mix the ingredients in the pan until combined.

Bake the mixture in the same pan until done.
