Explain that this recipe is special and doesn't require many dishes.

Gather ingredients: flour, sugar, oil, vinegar, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract.

Measure out 1.5 cups of flour using a measuring cup.

Sift the flour to ensure better results.

Measure and sift 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder into the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the dry ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients until evenly combined, ensuring no clumps remain.
