Put one chopped onion in blender.
Put chickpeas in blender.
Add chickpea flour.
Put 1 teaspoon salt.
Put black pepper.
Put 1 teaspoon smoked paprika.
Put 1 handful fresh parsley.
Start blender.
Open blender and mix ingredients with spoon.
Put 200ml water in blender.
Start blender again.
Put the minced meat in a deep dish.
Put blended vegetables in bowl with meat and mix.
Put 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Put 3 tablespoons chickpea flour and mix.
Put olive oil on a plate.
Put water on your hands.
Take one ball of meat and make it softly.
Make 15 meatballs.
Put one boiled quail egg in each meatball.
Put a small part of pickle in each meatball.
Put green olive in each meatball.
Finished stuffing the meatballs.
Put 200ml water in frying pan.
Put 50g butter in water.
Put 4-5 cloves of garlic in boiled water.
Put first meatball in frying pan.
Put all meatballs in frying pan.
Check meatballs with spoon.
Almost finished boiling the meatballs.
Take off meatballs in dish over baking paper to take off extra fat.
The meatballs are served on an orange plate.
Grate cheese over the meatballs.
Cut one meatball filled with quail egg.
