1 teaspoon black pepper
1 large yellow onion
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
3 cloves garlic
2 medium tomatoes
4 cups beef stock
4 medium potatoes

Turn on kettle for beef stock.

Heat a casserole and add lard.

Add Chuck beef to the casserole and brown it with the onion.
