Start with crushed garlic, chili flakes, and parsley as additional ingredients.
Measure out 180 ml of honey and add it to the mixing bowl.
Add 1.5 teaspoons of chicken bouillon and 1.5 teaspoons of all-purpose seasoning to the bowl.
Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into the mixture to help tenderize the pork ribs.
Add 40 ml of soy sauce and 20 ml of oyster sauce to the bowl.
Pour in 30 ml of barbecue sauce and add black peppercorn for seasoning.
Wash and prep the pork ribs before seasoning.
Season the pork ribs with lemon juice, chicken bouillon, all-purpose seasoning, and crushed garlic, working the mixture into the ribs.
Cover the seasoned ribs with cling film and refrigerate for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
After 45 minutes, remove the ribs from the fridge and prepare to cook them in a pan.
Pour some oil into a wide pan and heat it up.
Introduce the pork ribs into the heated oil.
Pour in the soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, and barbecue sauce over the ribs.
Allow the ribs to cook, flipping them intermittently to coat them in the sauce.
Scoop some of the sauce and drizzle it over the pork ribs for extra glaze.
Sprinkle chili flakes and parsley over the ribs for added color and spice.
