Start with some french bread and keep it cold.

Take 5-6 ounces of roast beef and season it with extra salt and black pepper.

Layer the roast beef on the french bread.

Add two nice slices of fresh mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.

Slice fresh tomatoes and add them on top of the mozzarella.

Season the tomatoes with extra salt and black pepper.

Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.

Add fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes and cheese.

Put the sandwich together and serve it cold.
