Lebanese Chicken Kebab

Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes if using wooden skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion and bell pepper.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve kebabs with a sprinkle of chopped parsley, yogurt, and pita bread.
