1 tsp Ginger(minced)
1 Spring Onion(white)
1/2 cup Cabbage(shredded)
1 Carrot
1 Capsicum(sliced)
1/4 cup Mung Beans
1 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
5 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Salt
Sugar
1/4 tsp Vinegar

In a wok take oil, and heat it up.

Take noodles in a medium-sized bowl; Add cornflour to it and toss it together.

In the hot oil add these noodles, and let it fry till a little on a medium-flame.

In a separate pan heat oil, and add sliced boneless chicken to it.

Fry them till they turn golden brown.

If the noodles turn golden brown, flip them over and fry it on the other side as well.

Once the chicken turns golden brown take them out in a plate and turn off the flame.

If the noodles are done, take them out on a paper towel, to drain the excess oil, and turn off the flame.

Add white spring onion to the wok, shredded cabbage, thinly sliced carrot, finely sliced green capsicum.

In the same wok, add minced garlic paste, minced ginger paste and sauté it till the raw aroma of ginger-garlic goes away.

Mix these ingredients properly, and then, add in fried chicken, mung beans and chicken stock.

Mix it and add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce.

Give all these mixtures a good stir.

In the little chicken stock add 1 tbsp cornflour.

Mix it and add it to the wok.

Turn the flame to high and stir the mixture; Add in salt & sugar.

Turn off the flame and add vinegar to the wok.

Mix it; take it out in a bowl and serve it with the fried noodles.
