Wash the meat in a basin with the juice of one lime and water, then rinse and drain.
Season the meat with 3.5 teaspoons of seasoned salt, 3.5 teaspoons of complete seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper; mix to coat.
Prepare the Ricardo by adding water to it and letting it sit to soften.
Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a pot over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned meat to the pot and cook for about 20 minutes until the water cooks out.
Mash the softened Ricardo with a spoon until fully dissolved.
Add 3/4 cup of chopped onion, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 3/4 cup of chopped green bell pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the pot; stir and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 4 cups of water to the pot, stir, and cover; cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Check the meat for tenderness; if not soft, add 1 more cup of water and cover to cook for an additional 20 minutes.
