500g (1.1 lb) ground lamb
2 ½ Tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp thyme, chopped
2 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp cumin
375ml (12.7 fl oz) beef stock
1 large head of cauliflower chopped into florets
1 Tbsp coconut oil

Steam or boil the cauliflower until it is tender.
