Easy pasta with cottage cheese Romanian style

Set the pan on medium heat and add smoked bacon to extract fat until crispy.

Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente.

Remove half of the fat from the pan after crisping the bacon.

Add the cooked pasta over the bacon and cook for 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Crumble cottage cheese and mix it into the pasta and bacon.

Turn off the heat and serve immediately with a spoon of sour cream.
