Salmon with Brown Sugar & Mustard Glaze

Clean the salmon with lime juice.
Grate 4 cloves of garlic.
Prepare red pepper flakes, parsley flakes, black pepper, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard, and olive oil for the marinade.
Cut the salmon into smaller individual pieces. Optionally, remove the skin from the salmon.
Place the salmon pieces in a bowl and pour lime juice over them. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing under cold water.
In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley flakes, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, yellow mustard, and olive oil. Mix until well combined to form the marinade.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking oil.
Pat the rinsed salmon dry with a paper towel.
Cover each piece of salmon with the marinade and let it sit on the counter while the oven preheats to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven and serve it with angel hair pasta mixed with zucchini noodles and alfredo sauce.
