Combine 1/3 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 egg in a mixing bowl.
Remove eggshells from the mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder to the bowl.
Mix in 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, then gradually add more flour until the dough is no longer moist, totaling about 1 cup.
Check the dough by hand to ensure it is good enough to roll.
Roll a piece of dough to test its consistency.
Place the dough in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
After cooling, divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a long shape and cut into 6 smaller pieces, totaling 24 pieces.
Roll each small piece in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
Form each piece into the letter 'S'.
Bake the cookies at 350°F for about 10 minutes.
Store the cookies at room temperature in an airtight box.
