Put some of the flour in a large bowl.

Add the baking powder. Mix.

Add some salt.

Break the eggs in. Combine.

Add the milk gradually. Combine.

Add more flour if necessary. Keep stirring.

Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. Let rest for a minimum of 45 minutes.

Heat the oil. It shouldn’t be too hot or else the one side won’t cook.

Use 2 large spoons to scoop up the batter and gently push into the oil. Leave space between the fritters.

Some will turn by themselves. Turn the ones that are brown on one side.

Keep cooking on medium heat. Let cook gently until nice and golden.
