Heat sunflower oil in a large pot over medium heat until hot.

Add finely chopped onion and red bell pepper; cook until the onion is translucent.

Add guanaco meat (loin) and a little water to prevent sticking; cook until browned.

Add smoked bacon and Spanish chorizo; stir to combine.

Add oregano and paprika for seasoning.

Add chopped carrot and cook for a while until softened.

Stir in tomato puree and mix well.

Add precooked lentils and cover the pot.

Cook for about 30 minutes until everything is heated through and flavors meld.
