Preheat the smoker to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Gather all ingredients including clams, mussels, lobster, corn, potatoes, onions, garlic, lemons, sausage, salt, and Old Bay seasoning.
Parboil the baby new potatoes slightly until a knife can barely go in.
Scrub the clams and mussels thoroughly, discarding any that are open and do not close when tapped.
In a large pot, add the parboiled potatoes, followed by the corn, clams, mussels, and lobster.
Add two red onions and four cloves of smashed garlic to the pot.
Quarter one and a half lemons and add them to the pot.
Sprinkle in two pounds of Portuguese smoked sausage.
Season the mixture with Old Bay seasoning and kosher salt.
Pour in half a cup of white wine to create steam for cooking.
Cover the pot tightly with a lid and place it in the smoker.
Smoke the mixture for about 20 minutes, then check and cover again for another 20 minutes, totaling 45 minutes to 1 hour of cooking time.
Check for doneness by ensuring the lobsters are bright red and the shellfish have opened before removing from heat.
