1 cup frozen galangal
4 frozen lime leaves
2 frozen bay leaves
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons coriander
2 lbs beef
1 cup dry coconut
2 stalks lemongrass
1 cup rice cubes
1/2 cup coconut powder
1 lb chicken

Add oil to a pot.

Add frozen galangal, lime leaf, and bay leaf to the pot.

Add the rendang paste to the pot and mix.

Add coconut milk to the pot and wait for it to boil.

Cover the pot and let it boil and cook the beef.

Toast the dry coconut until golden brown.

Prepare the lemang by rinsing the rice cubes.
