Add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a pot and heat it.
Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté until caramelized.
Add the roasted lamb to the pot and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add 1.5 cups of washed brown rice to the pot.
Add minced garlic, thyme, and part of the green onions to the rice and meat mixture.
Add soaked and boiled red peas and black-eyed peas to the pot and mix everything together.
Season the mixture with 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoons of ground allspice.
Add 1 teaspoon of cook up seasoning to the pot and mix well.
Add chow rai bhaji, sliced carrot, and butternut squash to the pot and mix again.
Add the married man pork and marijuana pepper whole to the pot.
Pour in the coconut milk and enough water to cover the rice, then mix everything together.
Cook on medium heat, stirring every 3-5 minutes to prevent burning.
After about 10 minutes, check the mixture and add okra and the remaining green onions.
Mix everything together and check the consistency, adding more water if needed.
Add 1 teaspoon of cash rip to enhance the color and mix well.
Finish cooking the dish, noting that it can be served wet or dry.
Serve the cook up rice and enjoy with cucumber, tomato, radish, and lettuce.
