1

Welcome to Homestead Corner. I'm Jenny and today we are going to be whipping up some three-ingredient peanut butter energy balls.

2

I'm going to use about 2/3 of a cup of creamy peanut butter. Dig that out and throw it in our bowl.

3

I'm going to use 1/3 cup of maple syrup. Mix this and get it a little bit combined before we add our oats.

4

Now I'm going to add 2 cups of quick oats to the bowl. Mix until it's all combined together.

5

Once everything comes into a nice big clump and it's all sticking together, that's it. That's the hard part.

6

Take a spoon or a cookie scoop to make little bite-sized balls and pop them down on a parchment-lined sheet.

7

Once all the balls are made, toss these in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour to firm up.

8

After 30 minutes or so, your peanut butter bites are ready to go.
