Add 15-20 whole dried red chilies, 15 black peppercorns, 10 small cardamom pods, 4-5 large cardamom pods, and 3 pieces of cinnamon to the pot.

Crush 2 tablespoons of coriander and add it to the mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon of cumin seeds and salt to taste (about 2 teaspoons).
