2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon freshly ground chili paste
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
1/2 cup water
1.5 teaspoons corn flour
1/4 cup water for slurry

Toast the bread pieces in a pan with 2-3 teaspoons of oil on medium high until golden brown.
