1 jalapeño
2 Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup Clamato
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Louisiana hot sauce
1 tablespoon Maggie seasoning sauce
2 teaspoons tahini
season salt
onion powder
granulated garlic powder
lemon pepper seasoning
1

Start with 1 lb of thawed uncooked raw peeled and deveined shrimp.

2

In a preheated pan, season the shrimp with season salt, onion powder, granulated garlic powder, and lemon pepper seasoning.

3

Sauté the shrimp in the pan for not even 3 minutes until cooked, then shut off the heat and set aside to cool.

4

In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of Clamato, 1/3 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Louisiana hot sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Maggie seasoning sauce.

5

Squeeze in the juice of 1 lime and mix everything well.

6

Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning, adding more tahini if desired.

7

Dice the fresh ingredients: 1 red onion, cilantro, 1 avocado, and 2 Roma tomatoes, removing the seeds and center of the tomatoes to reduce excess moisture.

8

Add the diced fresh ingredients to the bowl with the sauce and mix well.

9

Add the cooked shrimp to the bowl, including any rendered seasoned broth, and mix everything together.

10

Serve with chips for dipping.
