3 limes (juiced)
1 whole cucumber (diced)
1 pound shrimp (jumbo)
1 cup ketchup
2 jalapenos (diced)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1/4 cup onion (finely diced)
1 whole avocado (diced)
2 roma tomatoes (finely diced)
cilantro (chopped)

Add finely diced onions to an empty dish.

Pour lime juice over the onions and let soak for 10 minutes.

Steam or boil shrimp until cooked, deveined, and clean.

In a bowl, combine shrimp, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, diced jalapenos, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

After 10 minutes, add tomato juice, hot sauce, and ketchup to the soaked onions. Whisk together until combined.
