Monitor the internal temperature of the pork chops, aiming for around 100°F before flipping them.
Flip the pork chops when they reach about 100°F to promote even cooking.
Continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches around 135°F.
Increase the heat on the grill to add color to the pork chops, being cautious of flare-ups.
Cook the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F to 150°F, checking with a meat thermometer.
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest before cutting into them.
