Rinse the dried Peanut, cowpea, tangerine peel, and dried scallops. Soak them in water for half an hour.

Peel and rinse the carrot, corn, and winter melon, then cut into pieces.

Boil water in a pot. Once boiling, blanch the pork with bone to remove blood and fats, then rinse it.

Pour 2.5 liters of hot water into a deep stockpot. Add the pork with bone, peanut, cowpea, dried scallops, tangerine peel, ginger, winter melon, corn, and carrots. Cover and boil over medium heat for about half an hour. Lower heat to medium-low and boil for another hour.

When the soup is done, add ½ teaspoon salt to taste.
