Salmon Pasta

2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Cut 2 pieces of salmon into bite-sized pieces.

Drizzle olive oil over the salmon.

Season the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and thyme. Rub in the seasonings and set aside.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

Once boiling, add salt to the water.

Boil a 16 oz box of linguini for 8 to 10 minutes.

In a large pan over medium heat, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan and melt it down.

Once the butter has melted, add the salmon to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

Flip the salmon and cook for 2 minutes on all sides until fully cooked through.

Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside on a plate.

In the same pan, add 3 minced garlic cloves and stir for 30 seconds or until fragrant.

Pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and whisk in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Whisk in Italian seasoning and ground black pepper.

Let the sauce thicken for about 5 minutes before tossing in the cooked linguini.

Top the pasta with the salmon bites and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
