1

Fill three pots with water and add a handful of coarse salt to each pot.

2

Once the water is boiling, add the whole chicken to one pot, round beef to another, and pork shoulder to the third pot.

3

Cook the meats until tender, approximately one hour per kilo.

4

In a food processor, finely chop the capers.

5

Chop the leeks, green onions, garlic, and onions into small pieces.

6

Repeat the chopping process with the pickles until finely chopped.

7

Once the chicken is cooked and cooled to room temperature, shred it into small strips for decoration.

8

Cut the round beef into small cubes after it has cooled.

9

Cut the pork shoulder into small cubes as well.

10

In a large pot, add a mixture of sunflower oil and olive oil, using more sunflower oil than olive oil.

11

Heat the oil until hot, then add the chopped onions and cook until they become translucent.

12

Add the garlic and mix well, cooking until the garlic is fragrant.

13

Add the leeks and continue to cook until they become slightly translucent.

14

Add the green onions and mix everything well, cooking for a few more minutes until softened.

15

Add the previously cooked and cubed round beef to the pot and mix well with the vegetables.

16

Add the cubed pork shoulder and mix again to combine.

17

Add the shredded chicken and mix thoroughly.

18

Incorporate the finely chopped pickles and capers into the mixture and mix well.

19

Add the sweet pepper paste in two parts, mixing well after each addition to ensure even distribution.

20

Stir constantly to prevent sticking at the bottom of the pot, keeping the heat at medium.

21

Continue to mix until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
