Grilled Flank Steak with White Bean Salad

Marinate flank steak in a vacuum seal bag with 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 2-3 minced cloves of garlic (or 1 tablespoon garlic powder), 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper, and 1 cup worcestershire sauce.
Let the steak marinate in the fridge for about 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
Remove the steak from the marinade and bring it to room temperature.
Preheat the grill to high heat, around 400 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sear the steak on the grill for 2 to 5 minutes per side, checking the internal temperature with an instant read thermometer.
Pull the steak when all sections read above 120 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring to check the thickest and thinnest parts.
Let the steak rest for a minimum of 15 minutes before carving.
Carve the steak diagonally against the grain.
