In another bowl, mix together 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup orange juice, 2 teaspoons chili seeds, 2 tablespoons soft brown sugar, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and a small amount of wet jerk marinade.

Season the salmon fillets with a bit of oil and massage the seasoning into them.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.
