Crockpot Creamy Cowboy Stew! 🤤

Cook and drain 1 pound of ground beef.

Add 1 small diced onion to the beef.

Slice and add 1 kielbasa sausage to the mixture.

Add 3 cups of diced potatoes (frozen or fresh).

Add 1 can of drained corn.

Add 1 can of Rotel (do not drain).

Add 1 can of cheddar soup and scrape it into the crock pot.

Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and scrape it into the crock pot.

Pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of beef broth and stir gently.

Add seasonings: garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients together in the crock pot.

Put the lid on the crock pot and set it to high for 3 to 4 hours.

After 3 to 4 hours, check the stew and add 1/2 cup of sour cream (optional).

Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
