bulb onion – 4 oz /100 g
butter – 3.5 oz /100 g
vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
italian seasoning blend – 1 tbsp
smoked sweet paprika – 1 tsp
salt – ½ tsp
ground black pepper – 1 tsp
sour cream – 7 oz /180 g
mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
garlic – 3 cloves

Cut stalks off the mushrooms and dice the bulb onion finely.

Heat a pan, add the vegetable oil and lay out the mushrooms, fry for 10 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.

Add the italian seasoning, smoked paprika, ½ tsp of salt, black pepper and bulb onion, keep frying for 4 minutes over medium heat.

In a deep bowl add the sour cream, mayonnaise, ½ tsp of salt, chopped up garlic and italian blend, stir and leave to brew while the mushrooms frying.

Add the butter into the pan and keep frying for another 5 minutes stirring.

Serve your fried mushrooms hot with the garlic sauce.
