1/4 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
salt to taste

1 teaspoon fried white sesame seeds

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter to a kadai (wok).

Once the butter is melted, add 4 cloves of chopped garlic and 2 chopped green chilies.

Sauté until fragrant.

Add 200 grams of cleaned mushrooms to the kadai and sauté well.

Sprinkle a little salt and cook on medium flame for 1-3 minutes until the mushrooms release water and change color.

Chop 1 bell pepper into cubes and add it to the mushrooms.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon of soy sauce for flavor.

Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder, adjusting salt to taste.

Mix well and let it cook on low flame for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and mix well before serving.

For garnish, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of fried white sesame seeds on top.
