2 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
4 leaves green leaf lettuce
1 avocado, sliced
4 slices soft white bread
4 slices thick cut bacon
1 tablespoon Frank's RedHot sauce

Select heirloom tomatoes, looking for soft but not mushy ones.

Get green leaf lettuce and wash the leaves.

Choose a ripe avocado, cut it in half, and keep one half wrapped to prevent oxidation.
