BLT Sandwich

4 slices thick cut bacon
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium fresh tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon Killer Hogs AP seasoning
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 leaves lettuce

Heat the griddle and fry thick cut bacon until crispy.

Remove the bacon and let it cool.

Clean the griddle and butter both sides of the sourdough bread.
