400 g pork balls
350 g chopped pork
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoons minced coriander root
2 teaspoons pork broth
1 teaspoons salt
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon thin soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon chopped corianders

In a pot, pour in the water. Bring the pot to a stove and wait until the water is boiling.

In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil on high heat. Once the cooking oil is hot, stir in minced garlic, pepper, minced coriander roots and the chopped pork for about 3 minutes. Season with thin soy sauce. Continue stir frying the chopped pork for about 1 minute.

Once the water is boiling, add the cooked minced pork, pork balls and egg tofu into boiling water.

Season the soup with salt and pork broth powder.

Allow the soup to boil for 4-5 minutes.

Sprinkle the soup with chopped spring onions and chopped corianders.

Spoon the tofu soup into a bowl and serve.
