Season one side of the pork chops with 1/8 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, Tony Sacher's creole seasoning, Chef Paul Padome's portrait magic, granulated onion, and granulated garlic.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of hickory liquid smoke and 1/2 teaspoon of mosquite liquid smoke to the seasoned side.

Rub the seasonings and liquid smoke into the pork chops with fingers.

Flip the pork chops over and repeat the seasoning process on the opposite side.

Place the seasoned pork chops into a large or medium-sized bowl and cover with a lid.

In a medium-sized glass bowl, prepare the honey barbecue sauce by combining 6 oz of tomato paste, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon of mosquite liquid smoke, 1/2 tablespoon of hickory liquid smoke, 2 tablespoons of molasses, 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of Tony Sacher's creole seasoning.

Whisk the ingredients together until combined, starting slow and increasing speed as it comes together.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Add the marinated pork chops into an 11x17 inch baking pan, ensuring enough room for all chops.

Add 2 tablespoons of cubed salted butter underneath and around the pork chops in the baking pan.

Bake the pork chops in the preheated 350°F oven on the bottom rack for 40 minutes.
