1/4 cup kimchi liquid
1/2 cup scallion whites, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 oz pork belly, diced
2 tablespoons gochugaru
1 cup kimchi, chopped
1 tablespoon Hondashi®
4 cups water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
14 oz silken tofu, cubed
4 oz enoki mushrooms
1 whole egg
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

In a separate bowl, whisk sugar and kimchi liquid together.

Add scallion whites, chopped garlic and pork belly to the pot and saute until pork is fully cooked.

Add kimchi, Hondashi®, water, soy sauce and kimchi liquid, then bring to a simmer.
