Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius.

Heat a pan and add the sausages without oil.

Peel 3-4 cloves of garlic and add them to the pan with the sausages.

Add 4-5 sprigs of rosemary to the pan with the sausages.

Transfer the pan with sausages, garlic, and rosemary to the oven for 20-25 minutes.

In another pan, bring water to a rolling boil and season with salt for the potatoes.

Slice 2 whole red onions and add them to a pan with 50 g of butter.

Lightly caramelize the onions, avoiding burning them.
