500 gms beef mince
400 gms elbow macaroni
3 medium sized tomatoes (grind)
1 medium sized onion
4 tbsp oil
4 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp whole spices powder
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 cup water or as required

Firstly boil the macaroni with salt and oil.

Then strain it and rinse with cold water and add a little bit of oil to avoid sticking, set aside.

In a wok, add oil and onion & fry until light golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix it.

Add qeema, fry until color changes.

Add grind tomatoes, ketchup, salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, coriander powder, turmeric powder, whole spices powder, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it.

Add water and bring it to boil.

Cover it & cook on low flame for 25 mins until mince (qeema) is cooked.

After that, cook until oil separates & water dries.

Add boiled macaroni, and mix until well combined.
