Today, variations abound, making it a popular choice at parties and casual dinners across the U.S.

Slice the red and green bell peppers and yellow onion into strips, leaving them a little large for texture.
Put the steak in the freezer for about 30 minutes before slicing to make it easier to cut.
Slice the fresh steak as finely as possible using a sharp knife.
Make the sauce by mixing 1/2 cup of Duke's mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced veggies; cook until they start to become tender, seasoning with all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Remove the veggies from the skillet once tender and add the shaved steak, breaking it up to allow it to brown; increase the heat to high and season the steak with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the sauce on the bottom and top of the buns, then layer with a generous amount of American cheese, followed by the cooked steak, then the veggies, and top with more cheese (American and mozzarella).
Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, all-purpose seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh chopped parsley; set aside.
Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese begins to melt.
After 10 minutes, remove the sliders and spread the garlic butter mixture on top of the buns, then return to the oven for an additional 5-6 minutes until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
