Pan-Seared Mushroom Pork Chops

4 bone-in pork chops

2 tbsp olive oil
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
2 cups spinach, raw

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a big skillet that fits six chops.

Cook pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove pork chops from the pan.

Add mushrooms and onions to the pan and cook until mushrooms are golden brown and onions are tender.
