Cheesy Hot Beef Sandwiches

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 hoagie rolls
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Add the diced onions and green bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

Spread mayonnaise and mustard on the inside of each hoagie roll.

Fill each roll with the cheesy beef mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
