Seafood Chowder

2 tablespoons butter
1 medium leek, diced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 lb smoked salmon
1 lb mussels
1/2 cup white wine
1 lb fresh salmon
1 lb hake (HCK)
1 lb scallops
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped

Start by adding a little bit of Irish butter into a pan.

Add in some leeks and diced potatoes, cooking them slowly.

Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.

Add smoked salmon into the base of the soup to infuse flavors.
