Prepare the charcoal and wood for smoking, ensuring not to overload the grill to prevent excessive heat.
Light the fire starter and create a volcano shape with the charcoal.
Once the charcoal is hot, spread it out and add three chunks of hickory wood for smoking.
Prepare the skewers with marinated chicken and vegetables.
Marinate the chicken and vegetables in a mixture of cilantro, olive oil, and SPG Kinder seasoning.
Skewer the chicken pieces, alternating with chunks of orange, yellow, and red bell peppers, and finish with an onion at the end.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, flipping them a few times during cooking.
Slather some Kinders hot honey on two of the skewers before they're done cooking.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken, aiming for 172°F before removing from the grill.
