Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
Add oats to a blender and blend until finely ground.
Add bananas, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and milk to the blender.
Blend until smooth and well combined.
Stir in maple syrup, chocolate chips, and nuts by hand.
Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container for later.
