Start by marinating the fish with 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon red crushed chili, 1 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon cooking oil. Mix well.

Let the fish marinate for a while. You can use 200 grams or 300 grams of fish based on your preference.

Heat a non-stick pan and add oil to it.

Once the oil is hot, place the marinated fish in the pan.

Cook the fish on one side until it's done, then prepare the lemon butter sauce while the fish cooks.

For the sauce, take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of salted butter and 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic and 1/2 teaspoon chopped onion. Sauté until fragrant.

Add 1 teaspoon of flour to the sautéed mixture and cook until the aroma starts to come out.

Once fragrant, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix well and do not use cream for this sauce.

Season the sauce with 1/2 teaspoon red crushed chili, 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, 1 teaspoon white pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder. Adjust salt to taste, adding it gradually.

Check the fish after 6-7 minutes of cooking. Ensure that the fish is dry and not watery before marinating.

Once the fish is cooked on both sides and has a nice color, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.

Serve the fish with boiled fresh beans and pour the lemon butter sauce over it, but do not cover the fish completely with sauce. Garnish with carrot leaves and green onions.
