Wash the fish fillets thoroughly.

Remove moisture from the fish using paper or baking paper to prevent sticking when frying.

In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and crushed black pepper to the fish and mix well.

Add lemon juice to the fish and mix again, ensuring the fish is well coated.

Marinate the fish for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil to grease it.

Place the fish in the pan and cook for 2 minutes on one side.

Flip the fish and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.

In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and heat it up.

Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of butter to the lemon juice and stir continuously until melted.

Serve the fish on a plate, drizzle with the lemon butter sauce, and garnish with lemon slices.
